School enterprise cooperation | Hemony "enters" Chongqing Medical University

To deeply practice the company's corporate culture, strengthen cooperation between enterprises and universities, and jointly cultivate more outstanding talents. On May 24th, Li Jian, Senior Director of Human Resources at Hemony, Tian Jianjun, Senior Director of Device Research and Development Center, Zou Ming, Senior Director of Product Center, Yuan Yuan, Senior Manager of Recruitment Planning, and Liu Chengchen, Recruitment Manager, and a delegation visited the School of Biomedical Engineering at Chongqing Medical University. They had discussions and exchanges with Yuan Jun, Vice President of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Chongqing Medical University, Zhou Pingyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Biomedical Engineering, Party and government leaders and teacher representatives of the School of Biomedical Engineering, and jointly explored new models of collaborative education, opening up a new chapter in school enterprise cooperation.

Before the symposium, under the leadership of teachers Mao Xiang and Jiang Liu from the College of Biomedical Engineering, the company's personnel visited the State Key Laboratory of Ultrasonic Medical Engineering to understand the scientific research process and achievements of the laboratory.
       The symposium was chaired by Zhou Pingyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Biomedical Engineering. At the meeting, President Yuan Jun introduced the development history, current situation, scientific research level, and talent cultivation of Chongqing Medical University, and exchanged ideas with Hemerney in the following three aspects: firstly, the company's requirements for the ability and quality of graduates to promote the quality of talent cultivation and career guidance services in the school; Secondly, we hope to strengthen in-depth communication and cooperation with the company, and establish partnerships in talent supply and demand, scientific research mutual assistance, and mutual learning between teachers and students; Thirdly, we hope to recommend outstanding students to intern in enterprises, and have enterprise experts serve as their mentors to help students improve their employability.
        Li Jian, Senior Director of the Company's Human Resources Center, gave a detailed introduction to the company's corporate culture, business development history, and talent development. Tian Jianjun, Senior Director of the Equipment R&D Center, shared the company's equipment R&D product planning and research direction. Zou Ming, Senior Director of the Product Center, explained the management of the entire product lifecycle and the position of product manager.
        After the symposium, the on-site Q&A and interview communication activities for student representatives marked the perfect end to our visit to Chongqing Medical University.

 

At this symposium, both sides reached preliminary consensus on employment services, scientific research and development, and joint student training. In the future, both sides will fully leverage their respective resources and advantages, take advantage of the development opportunities of building the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle, deepen school enterprise cooperation, further expand cooperation areas around talent cultivation, professional construction, student internship employment, scientific research and development, innovate cooperation mechanisms, jointly build a broad cooperation and exchange platform, carry out closer and effective communication and cooperation, deepen the integration of science and education, industry and education, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
